| We lived here for one year. When we first moved in, July 2008, it was a nice place to stay. As time went on Tuscano went down hill. They started letting anyone move in. Dogs are allowed, which is nice, but majority of the people do not pick up the dog poop so there will be dog poop on the sidewalks and in the grass, the smell mixed with the heat is terrible. The pool is beautiful, but there are so many people out there drinking with their loud music, and glass was always being found in the pool. As for management, I rented directly from an owner who goes through a rental management service, Land Merchants, and that was terrible. If you do decide to rent here go through Tuscano, it couldn't possibly be any worse.
