THE RESORT The Hotel Luxuriate is a very unique all suite hotel with unusual features such as roof top botanical gardens, in-pool bars and waterfalls, segregated buildings for regular and VIP guests, fascinating water and light show and gated restricted access. The entire complex will be surrounded by an eight-foot decorative wall with lush landscaping to detach the guest from other surrounding structures and to immerse their senses in the numerous features of the resort. Strategically located will be water fountains, flower gardens and other beautiful landscape features. Access will be through monitored entry and exit gates.THE GRAND ENTRANCE The entrance will exhibit a fascinating dancing water and light show choreographed to music. The Porte-cochere waterfall is an exciting part of the water show. Guests will arrive to a majestic porte-cochere with curbside check-in. The Lobby shares its beautiful space with a Lobby Bar, a Sushi Bar, Four Star Restaurant, Business Center and Upscale Shopping. The Second level of the lobby building will house the Spa, Health Center and 7,000 square feet of Conference Space. Relax at the Lake view Rooftop Gardens with your gourmet meal and cocktail or dance to the water show. EXECUTIVE SUITES Enjoy the comfort of a separate living room and private bedroom in each of our 81 executive suites. The living room will be equipped with a sleeper sofa, breakfast bar and a kitchenette with a pantry. Watch different movies and shows in the living room and the bedroom on our large flat screen televisions. For a true movie going experience, 5.1 channel digital surround sound system with CD and DVD player and IPOD connectivity is provided. Play Station, Movies on Demand and DVD Movies will be available. A third flat screen television will be located in the bathroom. Four star in-room amenities will include spa essentials, bathrobes with logo, slippers, lighted makeup mirror, personalized voicemail, 12 cup automatic coffeemakers, microwaves and refrigerators. The 18 Executive Rooms connect to Executive Suites and thus can be used as a 2 Bedroom Executive Suite.PREMIERE VIP SUITES The spacious 31 VIP Suites are segregated from the rest of the resort, encased by a second wall and will have their own gated access with a VIP key. The VIP area of the resort will be very exclusive and private with their own “beach” pool, hot tub and in-pool bar. A wading pool between the two buildings will invite you to wet your feet while you enjoy your beverage in front of your suite. These suites will be equipped with all the amenities as the Executive Suites plus a full kitchen, hot tubs and premiere furnishings. DINING GARDENS An outdoor Dining Garden will extend from the Restaurant to the pool. This will allow our guests to take full advantage of Florida’s beautiful evenings and watch concerts on our outdoor movie system. POOLS There will be two outdoor heated pools with waterfalls, private cabanas, in-pool bar and poolside food and drink service. A separate children’s pool will provide worry free playtime.
