The Grand Bohemian Hotel & Residences will be comprised of 254 guest rooms and suites and 52 spacious residences. the multi-million dollar Grand Bohemian Hotel & Residences will be St. Petersburg’s first luxury mixed-use, contemporary hotel and residential destination. This unique, urban 32-story tower will rise 379 feet and will be located at the corner of Second Street North and First Avenue North neighboring the new headquarters for Progress Energy Florida.
Beginning on the 15th floor of this luxury tower, the one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans offer sweeping bay and city views, 10 and 11-ft. ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, and highend appliances. In addition, nine spacious, two and three-story, condominium hotel spa villas as well as two, two-story, 6,000+ sq. ft.penthouses with 3,000 sq. ft. balconies will also be available. The residence prices will range from the $500,000’s to over $1 million and penthouses are from $5 million. The furnished, condominium hotel spa villas, located on the 6th floor overlooking the Bohemian Gardens pool deck, will feature private elevators from the ground level as well as interior elevators in each of the three-bedroom spa villas.
The sixth floor, Asian-inspired Bohemian Gardens pool deck will be comprised of a lush tropical setting with a pool bar, special event pavilion, hotel pool and spa, resident pool and spa with an indoor catering kitchen and an outdoor summer kitchen, air-conditioned cabanas, full-service Poseidon Spa and Fitness Center, a garden meditation area with mahogany benches, antique carved wood columns from palaces in India and large bronze sculptures.
